IMPORTANT NOTICE: These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and sapu4 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the sapu4 website located at https://sapu4.cam and all associated services, games, and features. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the sapu4 platform. This Agreement applies to all users regardless of location, and specifically incorporates requirements relevant to Indonesian resident players.

1 Definitions

The following terms, when used in this Agreement with initial capital letters, carry the meanings set out below:

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To register and use the sapu4 platform, you must be at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute minimum and is non-negotiable. sapu4 enforces strict age verification procedures and any Account found to belong to an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all Winnings forfeited, and any deposits refunded at sapu4's sole discretion.

2.2 Residency & Jurisdictional Eligibility

sapu4 primarily serves players who are residents of Indonesia. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform of your own free will;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party;
• Participation in online gaming is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you in your country, state, or territory of residence;
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or on any international sanctions list;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or officer of sapu4, or an immediate family member of such a person.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the sapu4 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a false identity, or in combination with other persons — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money games and betting markets on sapu4, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah, IDR).

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and subsequently is accurate and up to date. sapu4 reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). sapu4 recommends using a unique, strong password combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. You must notify sapu4 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. sapu4 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access arising from your failure to secure your credentials.

3.4 Account Suspension

sapu4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account without prior notice if we reasonably suspect a breach of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other conduct that may harm the Platform, other Players, or third parties.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

4.1 Mandatory Verification

sapu4 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing any withdrawal request. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is a legal and operational requirement that protects both Players and the integrity of the Platform.

4.2 Required Documents

To complete KYC verification, Players must submit the following documents:

1. Government-Issued Photo ID: A clear, color image of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP). All four corners must be visible and all text must be legible.
2. Selfie Verification: A recent photograph of you holding your KTP alongside your face. Both your face and the card must be clearly visible in a single image.
3. Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government document showing your residential address, issued within the last three (3) months.

4.3 Verification Timeline

sapu4 aims to complete identity verification within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours of receiving all required documents. Additional verification may be requested for enhanced due diligence in certain circumstances. Players may deposit and play during the verification period but withdrawals are held until verification is successfully completed.

4.4 Enhanced Due Diligence

For Players whose deposits or withdrawals exceed defined thresholds, sapu4 may request additional documentation including source-of-funds declarations, bank statements, or enhanced identity verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction.

5 Deposits

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

sapu4 accepts deposits through the following methods:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). sapu4 does not accept cryptocurrency or international wire transfers at this time.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallet transactions. Maximum single deposit amounts vary by payment method and Player VIP tier. sapu4 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.3 Deposit Processing Time

Deposits are typically credited to your sapu4 Account within two (2) to five (5) minutes for bank transfers and instantly for most e-wallet transactions. If a deposit is not reflected in your Account within thirty (30) minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

5.4 Player Funds

sapu4 maintains Player funds in designated accounts separate from operational funds. Your deposited balance is available for withdrawal at any time (subject to KYC completion and any applicable bonus wagering requirements).

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To submit a withdrawal request, you must have a fully verified Account (KYC complete), a real-money Balance of at least the minimum withdrawal amount, and no outstanding wagering requirements applicable to your current Balance. Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to the same bank account or e-wallet used for your most recent deposit, in accordance with our anti-money-laundering obligations.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal Amounts

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day vary by Player tier and payment method. Players in the Gold VIP tier benefit from elevated withdrawal limits and priority processing. Contact our support team for specific limits applicable to your Account.

6.3 Processing Time

sapu4 processes withdrawal requests within two (2) to six (6) hours during operational hours (08:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next operational window. Once processed by sapu4, funds typically arrive in your bank account or e-wallet within fifteen (15) minutes to two (2) hours, depending on your financial institution.

6.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for deposits on your Account. sapu4 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous accounts, or payment methods not previously associated with your Account.

6.5 Withdrawal Fees

sapu4 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges applied by your receiving bank or e-wallet provider are outside sapu4's control and are the Player's sole responsibility.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by sapu4 are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms published on the relevant promotion page. By claiming any bonus, you agree to be bound by both these general Terms and the specific terms attached to that promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "rollover") before they — or Winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, only wagers placed on slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games, sports betting (including bandar bola, online sports betting markets), and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets may contribute at a lower rate as stated in the promotion's specific terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

sapu4 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal exposure, and collusion with other Players. Any Player found engaging in bonus abuse will have all Bonus Funds and associated Winnings forfeited and their Account permanently suspended.

7.4 Promotion Validity

All promotions have a defined expiry period. Bonus Funds and free spins that are not used within the stated validity window will be automatically removed from your Account without notice. sapu4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7.5 Seasonal and Cultural Promotions

sapu4 regularly offers promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events and holidays including Idul Fitri / Lebaran, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Nyepi, and Chinese New Year (Imlek). These promotions carry individual terms that are published at the time of the event and are not governed by any previous promotion's terms.

8 Gameplay Rules

8.1 Fair Play

sapu4 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual games, including slots, table games, and togel lottery draws. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and other licensed providers. All game outcomes are determined independently of sapu4's operational interests.

8.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, connection failure, or system error that affects the outcome or processing of a Wager, sapu4 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the Player's Account. sapu4's decision in all such matters is final. No liability is accepted for losses arising from technical failures beyond sapu4's reasonable control, including Internet Service Provider outages on the Player's side.

8.3 Sports Betting Rules

All sports wagers — including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, AFF Cup, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures), badminton, basketball, volleyball, MotoGP (Mandalika), and e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire) — are governed by the specific sport and market rules published in the sapu4 sportsbook section. In the event of a conflict between a general rule and a sport-specific rule, the sport-specific rule prevails.

8.4 Collusion and Cheating

Any form of collusion, use of automated betting software ("bots"), exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or any other form of cheating is strictly prohibited. sapu4 employs sophisticated fraud-detection systems that monitor for irregular betting patterns. Accounts found engaging in any form of cheating will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.

9 Responsible Gaming

9.1 Our Commitment

We provide a comprehensive suite of player-protection tools and strongly encourage all Players to use them proactively. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a financial strategy or a means of addressing personal or financial difficulties.

9.2 Player Protection Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps.

10 Intellectual Property

10.1 Ownership

All content on the sapu4 platform — including but not limited to software, game graphics, user interface design, logos, trademarks, text, and data compilations — is the property of sapu4 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

10.2 Restricted Use

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the sapu4 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any portion of the platform's content without prior written consent from sapu4.

11 Limitations of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability

sapu4 aims to maintain 99.9% platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or any specific game or service at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or force majeure events may cause temporary service interruptions. sapu4 will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.

11.2 Limitation of Financial Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sapu4's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. sapu4 expressly excludes liability for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

11.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless sapu4, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

12 Termination

12.1 Termination by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid closure request, sapu4 will process any remaining real-money Balance to your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.

12.2 Termination by sapu4

sapu4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; providing false registration information; engaging in abusive, threatening, or harmful conduct toward Platform staff or other users; or as required by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account closure, all Bonus Funds and associated Winnings not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real-money Balances will be returned as described above, unless the Account was closed due to confirmed fraudulent or prohibited activity, in which case sapu4 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation and legal review.

13 Governing Law

This Agreement and all disputes arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law as specified in sapu4's operating license. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and sapu4 shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause limits sapu4's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

By using the sapu4 platform, you acknowledge that online gaming regulations vary by jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that participation in online gaming is lawful in your country or territory of residence. sapu4 makes no representations as to the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction beyond those in which it is explicitly licensed to operate.

14 Amendments

sapu4 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, sapu4 will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address and/or a prominent notification on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which will be no less than seven (7) days after the notification is issued, unless the change is required by law or regulation, in which case it may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the sapu4 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Clause 12.1 above.
